Naval History and Heritage Center (NHHC) - Provided records management support to the NHHC supporting NHHC’s effort to 1) clear the remaining  archival backlog at NHHC, 2) complete a baseline reset (first time, end-to-end digital inventory) of a archival collections within the Navy Archives, 3) inventory any remaining Top Secret documents in support of the Archive’s Top Secret Control Program, and 4) support overall collection management and timely deaccessioning of records.

VBA Records Research Center Support Services - Responsible for transitioning Army led PTSD records research program to VBA Compensation and Pension. CFT is providing support to VBA including researching of military records, drafting written responses, completion of data/record collecting, performance of data analysis, and reporting data. CFT has delivered significant successes for the VA including an average week-over-week claims closure percentage increase of 19.25%. For the first time in almost a year, the project team and VA closed more claims than it received using the process improvements implemented.

Army Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System - CFT supports PEDSS with mission critical program management and software development expertise. PEDSS is a critical component to the Deputy Chief of Staff’s G-1 mission of planning and tracking the personnel strength of the Army and is the system which provides the Army a single source document of active duty military manpower authorizations and all specifications for Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) for the Army personnel community. CFT’s software development expertise enables the Army to make mission-critical decisions in real-time delivering an optimized, robust, secure, and reliable system.
