Contract Vehicles

  • CFT is a prime vendor on the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. T4NG provides IT services in the following functional areas: program management, strategy, enterprise architecture and planning; systems/software engineering; software technology demonstration and transition; test and evaluation; independent verification and validation; enterprise network; enterprise management framework; operations and maintenance; cybersecurity; training; IT facilities; and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT requirements.

  • Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) provides Veterans Affairs a department-wide vehicle for a broad range of general management and business support services and solutions. CFT offers Group 1 (Manage and Improvement) services, including: program and project management, strategic planning, performance measurement, quality measurement, business process reengineering, business process improvement, and business process management, and change management and transition.

  • SeaPort Next Generation's (SeaPort-NxG) scope encompasses a wide variety of services that span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities. Services provided under this contract are categorized into 1) Engineering Services and 2) Program Management Services with 23 sub-functional areas.

  • The General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a government-wide contract allowing commercial companies to partner with the Government and offer products and services at fair, reasonable prices.

  • The Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) II Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) addresses all facets of Mission Training Complex (MTC) operations, serving both small- and large-scale Army, Joint, and Combined training requirements. Task Orders encompass training support, including simulations and event planning for actual training conduct, as well as communication, network and system administration, cybersecurity, and risk management framework.

  • Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Assessment, Exercise, and Modeling and Simulation Support (AEMSS) is a Mission Support contract vehicle used to counter threats and vulnerabilities and to bolster national and international chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high explosives (CBRNE) security through assessments, exercises, and modeling and simulation.

  • The DIA Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) IDIQ contract provides a centralized and synchronized IT acquisition capability to meet worldwide security requirements and technical support services through system design, development, fielding and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control assets. The SITE III IDIQ contract vehicle streamlines the delivery and management of application and infrastructure services and functions for current and emerging requirements. Task orders may contain requirements for one to many of the IT services and functions listed based on a participating government organization’s requirement. Enterprise activities and services may be combined to maximize efficiencies, drive process improvements, eliminate service overlaps, evolve with leading edge technology, and realize cost efficiencies at the task order level to provide strategic IT advantages to the US Government.
